Decision framework A simple structure to compare schools after your visits in a consistent way.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Scheduling Clients can request a session by booking online and selecting a preferred date and time. All bookings are considered requests, not confirmed appointments. After your booking, you will be contacted to: confirm the proposed time, or suggest an alternative time if needed A session is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. 2. Payment Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 24 hours in advance → Full refund or option to reschedule Within 24 hours → Non-refundable 3. Rescheduling → One reschedule is possible if requested at least 24 hours in advance No-show & Late Arrival A maximum waiting time of 30 minutes applies After 30 minutes, the session is considered a no-show No-shows are non-refundable Sessions end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
